Kentucky officials have arrested a woman who is expected to be handed over to Georgia for threatening a judge in a 2020 election ruling.
NS Atlanta Journal-Constitution 42-year-old Erin Northup reportedly left a threatening voicemail to Henry County High Court Secretary Brian Amero, who dismissed a lawsuit alleging fraud during the 2020 elections in Fulton County. Arrested on Friday by Louisville police.
Details of the voicemail content were not announced, the media reported.
Last week, Amero dismissed a proceeding seeking a review of about 147,000 absentee ballots after election investigators said they couldn’t find a counterfeit ballot. Associated Press report.
Northup was charged with intimidating terrorists.
