US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Russia’s Sergey Viklov in Geneva, Switzerland, on Friday. Blinken told Viklov that the United States would respond in writing to Russia next week in response to Moscow’s proposal. It gives us hope that the invasion of Ukraine will be delayed.
