“There are 148 LEED green factories accredited by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), 44 of which are platinum rated and 91 of which are gold rated. In addition, 40 of the world’s top 100 green factories belong to Bangladesh. And 500 more are in the process of certification, demonstrating the impetus for the industry’s focus in the area of ​​environmental sustainability, “he said in a BGMEA press release.

The webinar aims to raise awareness of Danish technical solutions for green buildings and industrial processes in Bangladesh. Issues on sustainable buildings, green building certification and green finance were discussed.
