Greenville, South Carolina (WSPA) – Several state lawyers have filed proceedings against President Biden’s new vaccine obligations as health officials plan to vote for a third COVID booster shot.
The vaccination site is open and ready to welcome anyone trying to get their shots as the pandemic continues.
Meanwhile, the South Carolina Attorney General and 23 other Attorney Generals have signed a letter to President Biden, promising legal action against his new vaccination obligations. Its mission is to require vaccinations or weekly tests for those who work for a company with more than 100 employees or who have a dismissed face.
The president has instructed the “OSHA” Occupational Safety and Health Administration to create new rules. They have not been released yet.
Attorney General Allan Wilson said he was vaccinated and encouraged firing, but the president’s order was illegal.
In South Carolina, DHEC reports that half of eligible South Carolina residents are now fully vaccinated.
