Santa Ana, CA-A woman and a man were convicted of trafficking two women, including one victim who was kidnapped from a bus stop and detained against her will.
Marquesa Leucine Fox, 35, San Bernardino, and Anthony Larou JacksonRialto’s 44-year-old woman was arrested by the Orange County Trafficking Task Force in November 2020 after fleeing Anaheim’s Travelogue room and calling a motel clerk to the police.
The woman told police on October 30, 2020 that she was allowed to board by Fox and Jackson, Ontario, after her friend left her on the street without shoes or a phone. The pair promised to keep the woman in the motel’s room, but instead stole her ID and said Jackson would become her prostitute.
For six days, a woman and another female victim were physically abused by Jackson and Fox, who were captured by two at two motels in Southern California and forced to have sexual intercourse in exchange for money.
The women were forced to give Jackson the money paid. Fox and Jackson detained two victims under a motel mattress while not having sexual activity. Jackson also raped one of the women and sexually assaulted both.
On November 4, 2020, when Fox and Jackson were involved in a physical battle, two women fled the motel room and one of the women called the police.
Jackson convicted Thursday of two felony trafficking, two felony pinging, two pandaling felony, three forced oral mating felony, one firearm assault felony, and one kidnapping felony. Received. Two felony crimes of forced rape and one felony crime of sexual invasion by a foreign body.
