According to a new legal document obtained by TMZ, the judge dismissed the proceedings on Tuesday and ruled that the statute of limitations was passed on the woman’s allegations.
TMZ broke the story … Manson was sued Jane Doe, who claims to have started dating in 2011 before things got worse, returned in May and he raped her.
Manson’s whistleblower alleged that she suppressed the memory of the alleged rape … but the woman could identify how her memory was suppressed or why she did not know it before. The judge dismissed the proceedings because he did not.
The proceeding was dismissed, but for now, Manson Also being sued For sexual assault by three other women … including his ex-assistant and “Game of Thrones” star Esme Bianco..
It should also be noted that the court has given the woman 20 days to resubmit her complaint to address the judge’s concerns about allegedly oppressed memory and statute of limitations.
