Shiro, Illinois (KMOV.com)-A man was accused of shooting a woman during a home invasion in Shiro over the weekend.
Around 1 am on Sunday, police found a woman shot dead in the first block of Yorkshire Lane. The suspect’s explanation was given to officers, and someone who matched the explanation was detained in Anderson Lane, an ancient lane.
A police investigation revealed that a man with a gun broke into the house. He reportedly used force and restraint to send an adult and two boys to another location in the neighborhood. They eventually returned to their home in Yorkshire Lane, waiting for another family to appear. When the person arrived, the fight continued and the woman was shot in her mouth. Her injury is not considered life-threatening.
Investigators emphasized that the case was not a random act of violence. They also said the suspect was associated with the majority of the parties involved.
Frederick H. Williams Sr., 55, has been charged with three exacerbations of kidnapping, two felony weapons, two exacerbations of illegal restaurants, and one gun-armed burglary. He is bound by a $ 880,000 bond.
