SOUTH ST. Louis (KMOV.com)-A man has been charged in connection with the death of a 3-year-old boy in South City in mid-December.
Timothy Robinson, 33, has been charged with a second felony murder and death from child abuse or neglect. The accusation is related to the death of Emmanuelware, who is three years old.
Police reported in News 4 that they received a call on December 10 about a child who hit a car in Ratger’s 2600 block. When authorities arrived, they said the garment was unconscious and unbreathing, had a bruise all over her body, and was taken to her mother. Ware later died in the hospital. Ware’s relatives later stated that he believed his mother was involved in his death.
The family of a three-year-old boy is looking for an answer after his death in southern St. Louis on Friday.
Authorities have not disclosed whether or how Robinson is connected to the ware. Robinson has already been held in connection with the robbery that took place on December 13.
