Tuscaloosa, Alabama — The LSU basketball team didn’t just lose the match on Wednesday night.
There was a mechanical problem with the charter plane and the Tigers didn’t go home when the team travelers returned to the hotel they checked out. He then retreated to Coleman Coliseum Alabama 70-67.
After landing at Tuscaloosa Airport, it was a terrible night as all LSU coaches, players and support staff returned to Hotel Indigo for a break.
The Tigers will play in Tennessee on Saturday, so it was decided to stay the rest of the night to get enough rest and go straight to Knoxville on Thursday.
Will Wade said late Wednesday night that his team would leave Tuscaloosa on Thursday to practice in Knoxville on Thursday and Friday to prepare for the contest.
