India is a major market for some global services, but LinkedIn is struggling to penetrate deep into India. According to analytics firm Similarweb, India accounts for just over 6% of LinkedIn’s more than 1.3 billion visits a month. According to the company, India has more than 82 million users, of which more than 20 million have participated in the service over the last three years.
