But Lindsay Lohan is officially off the market.
The veteran actress and longtime harasser, who celebrated her 36th birthday on Saturday, surprised her Instagram followers when she wrote a tribute to her boyfriend, Bader Shammas.
And announced at the same time that she is now him husband!
“I’m the luckiest woman in the world,” Lohan wrote to open her tribute, continuing:
“You found me and you knew I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time.
“I’m amazed that you’re my man. My life and everything. Every woman should feel this way every day.”
We can’t give any details about the proposal or the wedding, but Lohan’s rep has confirmed that she and Bader Shammas are indeed husband and wife.
We’ll find out in November 2021 Shammas and Lohan were engaged.
“My love. My life. My family. My future,” Loha captioned a series of photos of herself and Shammas at the time.
A source later told Us Weekly that the couple was in “no rush” to exchange vows.
In February, Lohan shared an update on her wedding when extra host Rachel Lindsay asked her what kind of bride she thought she would be.
“I’m low-key. Even on my birthday, I want to make sure everyone else is OK and then I can be OK. So I’m going to be more like that,” Lohan told Lindsay a few months ago in response.
Focusing on the same romantic theme, Lohan continued:
“I look at targets.
“I’ve already started talking about the dress with my friend. But I want to do things right and I want to speed things up.
“But this is an exciting time. I’m very girly, so…”
Bader is a businessman and the son of a Lebanese mother and a Kuwaiti father. He lives in Dubai, where Lohan has lived for the past few years.
An assistant vice president at Credit Suisse, he attended the University of South Florida…where he majored in mechanical engineering—and was later an economics student at the University of Tampa.
Neither he nor his famous current wife have spoken much publicly about their romance, but Lohan’s volatile mother Dina told Us Weekly in April 2020 that Bader is “lovely.”
In June, Lohan celebrated her partner’s birthday and wrote on Instagram last month:
“My love! You’re not only a great man, an amazing person, you’re also my best friend. Thank you for loving me back baby!
“I love you so much! Happy birthday.”
Lohan moved to Dubai in 2014, where she met Shamma for the first time.
“I was so relieved when I moved everything from London to Dubai and saw everything in place,” the polarizing star told W magazine in a February 2018 interview. “
“It’s the cleansing of your head that I needed and it took me a while to do it…
“I’d love to own a place in New York, and that’s something I’m going to explore in the future, but right now I have a good place to live.”
