According to Alexa, Jamie Lynn’s “memory” of how things went is not just a mistake, it’s part of a toxic pattern.

The text of Jamie Lynn Spears’ book began to leak before the publication date.

In the text, she condemns the onset issue with Alexa (who left the show at the beginning of the series) in a friendship with Christine Herrera.

Jamie Lynn wrote that Alexa was said to be spreading rumors that she was “nasty or stupid,” but admitted that people might have “eat her lies.”

“I began to suspect she might be interested in getting me off the show, hoping that Alexa could be a star,” Jamie Lynn insisted.

She shared that at some point Britney confronted Alexa and encouraged her to treat people well.

Jamie Lynn also wrote that Alexa’s account of being bullied on the set (after leaving after the second season) was “designed to attract attention if her fame diminished.”

Alexa used Instagram after receiving many messages about Jamie Lynn’s book and her role in it.

“I was pretty surprised to see her lying in the storm,” she admitted.

“Recently we thought it was okay, after she tried to use me in the Zoey 101 music video,” Alexa explained.

Of course, Alexa added that Jamie Lynn just invited her “to make her look better.”

This was “after it finally came out what happened during the set.”

It was also after she said, “I was left behind again during the reunion restart plot.”

“Honestly, she took a while,” admitted Alexa.

“I’m guessing that pressure from others made her deal with the problem,” she continued.

“I declined her offer. Why now?” Alexa inferred. “But I was happy to finally get an apology, so I forgave her.”

“I immediately unfollowed her because I felt the whole Britney Spears family was deeply saddened,” Alexa said.

“And once again, I felt Jamie was a fake,” she recalled.

Speaking of Jamie Lynn, Alexa then added:

“If you fast forward a few days ago, she will contact me to send me a’gift’…” Alexa wrote.

This was an offer, “I thought it was very strange after hearing the day before my sister unfollowed.”

“I don’t know what’s going on with her over there,” admitted Alexa.

Alexa continues to call it a “typical move”, “playing the victim’s card or shining a gaslight on others while the bully is lying straight.”

(That’s not what gaslighting means, but the misuse of this term is so widespread that it’s understandable to see it meant “to lie.”)

According to Alexa, she replied to Jamie Lynn, “Don’t send anything, stop contacting me.”

“She didn’t say anything that I personally mentioned in the book,” Alexa revealed.

This was “I would have called her because I knew everything she was saying was a complete lie.”

“It’s sad to see someone stay the same over all these years,” Alexa said.

“What she said about me in my book didn’t really happen,” Alexa wrote.

“I wish I could go back in time and tell myself that I’m really lucky to have no friends like her,” she recalled.

“You don’t have to have her all the time,” Alexa asserted. “You don’t need such toxic people in your life and you are better worth.”

“That’s the truth,” writes Alexa.

Then she took a jab in the title of Jamie Lynn’s book: “I can say everything I should say for free.”
