Brian Laundry A man wanted by the federal government … an arrest warrant was issued-but Gabby PetitDeath.
A federal grand jury has charged Laundry with the use of unauthorized access devices. Specifically, prosecutors claim that Laundry used Caption One Bank debit cards. The docs don’t say it’s a Gabby card, but it doesn’t seem like a leap.
The indictment shows a timeline of alleged misuse of the card … it was used from August 30th to September 1st to purchase items totaling over $ 1,000.
The important thing is … he returned to his parents’ Florida home on September 1st. Gabby was then reported missing on August 27.
That’s interesting … at least not yet, the federal government hasn’t linked the murder to a laundromat. That’s probably because there’s still a loose end … that is, there must be a possible cause for getting her death warrant, and is there physical or other evidence at the crime scene linking the laundromat to the murder? I don’t know. But the indictment allows the federal government to detain Laundry … that is, if they can find him.
No preliminary autopsy report has been published, but it is expected someday. The method of death is important in the investigation.
