    Eway bill requires inter-district consignment of over £ 50,000 in MP state

    The Madhya Pradesh Government of India has strengthened the e-way bill under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act for 41 items, including all types of fabrics and garments. Beginning December 2, you will need to create an e-way invoice for inter-district transportation consignment worth over £ 50,000 for the notified item.

    This is due to notification number FA3-08 / 2018/1 / V (85) issued by the Commercial Taxation Office of the Madhya Pradesh State Government on 2 December. The agency has also revised the previous notice issued on April 24, 2018.

    Items covered by the textile sector e-way bill include all types of fabrics with HS codes 5007, 5111-5113, 5208-5212.5309-53111. 5407. 5408, 5512-5516, 5802-5804, 5806, 5809, 5902-5903, 5906-5908, and 5911.
