    Monroe County, Tennessee (WKRN) —Amber alerts have been issued to a boy in Monroe County who believes authorities have been taken to a non-custodial father.

    The alert was sent to 4-year-old Matthias Noah Anderson on Tuesday at 10:30 pm.

    Matthias is described as follows:

    • Caucasian male
    • 3 feet high
    • £ 50
    • Blonde hair
    • blue eyes
    • The last thing I saw was red Nike shorts, a red Nike shirt, no shoes

    According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Matthias may be with his non-custodial father, Tristan Anderson, who has a warrant for exacerbation of kidnapping and first-class murder.

    Tristan is described as follows:

    • Caucasian male
    • 22 years old
    • 6 feet high
    • 180 pounds
    • Brown hair
    • Brown eyes

    Authorities have stated that they may travel in a light blue 2012 Chrysler Town and Country Van with a Tennessee plate: “DRY381”.
