The Adams 14 School District regained accreditation after it first lost accreditation in Colorado. Only for a few days.
The Colorado Department of Education confirmed the restoration on Thursday after district authorities submitted a copy of the agreement with its private manager, MGT Consulting, which was approved by the Board of Education on Wednesday night.
The agreement, signed by Adams 14 Board President Ramona Luis and MGT Chairman and CEO Tray Traviesa, agrees on three actions required by the State Commission to ensure that the two countries work together again.
This will give the MGT team full control over district management, allow the company to regain control of the supervisor’s duties, and allow the MGT to access the local school board without going through the supervisor. Includes doing.
The final item was to address MGT official complaints against the state that the Adams 14 administration had blocked them from the board in recent months.
