WHITTIER, California (AP) – Two officers were shot and wounded when the car they were driving overturned in front of Los Angeles County police officers searching for a case. Car theft.
According to the police, one of the victims was hit by a car and was taken to hospital and released.
The incident took place Wednesday when delegates approached the sedan parked in Whittier unattended.
After a rear -end shot, the sedan crashed into a guard car and fell backwards.
A woman in the car was arrested and taken care of for gunshot wounds and was released. A man suspected of driving to the hospital with gunshot wounds was arrested and another man was not injured.
A handgun was received.
